Executive Assistant and Steward of School Systems
This role combines executive support, operational leadership, and stewardship of the school's administrative systems. From managing the Head of School's priorities to ensuring the accuracy of student records, attendance, and school-wide processes, this person creates the infrastructure that supports exceptional teaching and learning.
Program Administrator
The operational backbone of PS1's teaching and learning initiatives, supporting students, faculty, and families while ensuring the school's programs run smoothly and safely. This role translates the school's mission and values into day-to-day excellence.
Director of Advancement
The ideal candidate has experience leading alumni relations, annual giving, major gifts programs, and capital campaigns, preferably in an independent school or mission-driven organization.

Lead Classroom Teacher
Experience as a lead teacher in a self-contained classroom is required. The ideal candidate demonstrates a commitment to team-teaching collaboration, professional development, and our pluralistic philosophy.
After School Child Care Staff
Part-time positions in our Aftercare program require prior childcare experience.
Long-Term Substitute Teacher
