Genevieve Cabanilla

Genevieve Cabanilla has two children who currently attend PS1. Genevieve invests in affordable and workforce multi-family housing. She has thirteen years of experience in developing and financing income-restricted and market rate real estate, and previous employers include Century Housing, which is headquartered in Culver City, the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, and several non-profit organizations. She is also a board member with AJSOCAL (Asians Advancing Justice). Genevieve holds a B.S. in Finance & Marketing from the Boston College Carroll School of Management, and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from the New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate.
