Amanda Perla
Director of Communications and Marketing
Amanda joined PS1 in 2012, originally as the Director of Admissions. She has been working in independent schools (both as a teacher and an administrator) since 2002. Amanda attended Middlebury College and Stanford University, earning her B.A. in Sociology/Anthropology and her M.A. in Education Policy and Organizational Leadership. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, yoga, cheering on the San Francisco Giants, and spending time with her family. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two children, who both attend PS1.
