David Bucchino
Teacher
David joined PS1 in 2025. He is an educator and coach who brings a passion for creativity, collaboration, and student empowerment to the classroom. With a background in STEAM integration, mindfulness, and inclusive curriculum design, he has taught across multiple grade levels in general education, special education, and ESL settings. Outside the classroom, he directs athletic programs and coaches with a focus on building confidence, leadership, and community. He also shares his love of music, often bringing his guitar into lessons to spark creativity and connection.
